Important: All 35mm, 16mm film cameras are rented exclusively with a professional assistant camera (AC) or film loader, either provided by or approved by Better Camera Bern. Film cameras will not be released without such personnel unless expressly agreed in writing.

Insurance Requirements
All equipment rented from Better Camera Bern must be fully insured by the client for the entire rental period.
Your policy must:
- Cover all hired-in technical film and production equipment
- Be valid from the first prep day through to the final return day
- Include coverage for prep, travel, shoot, and de-rig days
- Have a sum insured equal to or greater than the full replacement value of the rented equipment as listed in your final quotation
Proof of insurance must be provided before any equipment is released.
